Our CSR policy

Corporate social responsibility is a core focus for SQLI.
It is embodied in commitments to our employees, as well as to all those involved in our ecosystem.

Our social commitment

SQLI’s social commitment focuses on a number of areas associated with HR, recruitment and health issues. Equal opportunities in the broadest sense is one of the cornerstones of our HR and CSR policy.

The year 2020 was dominated by the Covid-19 pandemic, SQLI immediately deployed a specific action plan to protect the health of employees and to guarantee the best working and welfare conditions, despite the unprecedented situation.

  • 4,13 /5 Happy Trainees rating
  • 89 /100 Gender equality index
  • Top 25 of the highest ranked companies by Ecovadis
  • 72 /100 A steadily improving Gaïa rating

SQLI has company diversity written into its DNA and takes great care to carry out its work in compliance with non-discrimination principles, for example when it comes to recruitment, career progression and professional training.

At SQLI, almost 200 trainees, work placement students and those with professional training contracts join the Group every year, to be trained for their future roles. We are committed to supporting them in developing their skills right from the start of their career.

Among other things, we have a dedicated e-learning tool, which enhances the range of internal and external training options.

In addition to making use of the ESAT (Etablissements de Service et d’Aide par le Travail) and EA (Entreprises Adaptées) for services and the procurement of supplies, SQLI has established a long-term partnership with Talentéo, an inclusive digital media, and has been taking part in the SEEPH (European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities) since 2019.

The unprecedented health crisis has turned our working methods upside down and is continuing to disrupt them.
At the very beginning of the Covid-19 crisis, SQLI adopted a dedicated working organization accompanied by a communications plan while awaiting a gradual return to normal.

Our environmental commitment

SQLI increases its “green” actions every year with: a travel reduction policy, free reusable bottles and cups for employees, less printing and suppliers with “fair” products and behavior. SQLI also works alongside associations and raises awareness internally.

Like its headquarters and many of its branches, SQLI favors HQE certified buildings for the establishment or relocation of its branches. These buildings enable resources, in particular water and electricity, to be efficiently managed, while allowing waste sorting and material recycling to be put in place.

Every action in favor of the environment counts. As a digital stakeholder, SQLI has been taking part in Cyber World Cleanup Day, an event that brings the Group’s employees together to learn how to reduce our daily data consumption, since 2020.

Together with Reforest’Action, SQLI has planted 300 trees on a Moroccan agroforestry site.
Beyond contributing to CO2 storage and oxygen generation, this project also forms part of an economic and social program that aims to provide local communities with support for self-sufficiency, economic development and food security.

In the Toulouse and Ile de France regions, 80,000 bees sponsored by SQLI gather nectar from the safety of two hives supported by Un toit pour les abeilles.
Bees are valuable allies in biodiversity, they play a role in pollination and thereby in the reproduction of more than 80% of plant species and the production of more than ¾ of the world’s crops (fruit, vegetables, etc.)
