Partnerships with training professionals

SQLI has set up partnerships with external training organizations in order to offer its employees a wide and diversified range of courses that correspond to SQLI's expectations and business lines. More specifically in France, we work with SQLI Institut, the SQLI Group's training organization, which has a catalog of more than 400 training courses in both hard and soft skills. These training sessions, sometimes certifying, can be :

  • Business training: project management, scrum master, management, etc.
  • Technical training: technology, DTP, video, etc.
  • Behavioral training: public speaking, developing assertiveness, etc.
  • Foreign language training

Certification of employees

SQLI also attaches particular importance to the certification of its employees. Certification is a guarantee of recognition of expertise both internally and with our clients and the market.

Our employees are particularly enthusiastic about certifications (methodological or technical), and in terms of the number of hours of training provided per year, they are the second most important action in terms of training

E-learning for customized and on-demand training

SQLI, in collaboration with Coorpacademy, has created its ONE Genius e-learning platform. This e-learning platform includes training courses created by Coorpacademy as well as training modules dedicated to SQLI, on specific themes (HR, project management, etc.). 

ONE Genius is a flexible, short and fun format that employees can follow from anywhere and at any time. It is a new way of approaching training, in addition to more traditional training, which leads to an internally recognized label.

Internal training: our experts pass on their know-how

Our experts have talent and share it with our employees! Some of our employees combine both expertise and pedagogy. Thanks to them, SQLI has set up an internal training catalog.

This makes it easier to access a wide range of training courses in line with SQLI's working methods and its business lines, while at the same time enhancing the skills of our employees.

For many of these courses, they are easily delivered remotely, thus allowing employees from different offices to meet, collaborate and share on common business themes. They are also an opportunity to expand one's network within the group.
