The board of directors of the SQLI group has 8 members: Philippe Donche-Gay, its chairman, and 7 members of the board.

Philippe Donche-Gay, Chairman

Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford University (California), Philippe Donche-Gay began his career in 1982 at IBM.

He joined the Management Team at Capgemini in 1984 and helped to set up Capgemini Telecom & Media and was appointed CEO in 2001. He was appointed CEO of Capgemini France in 2004, then Capgemini for Western Europe in 2007.

In 2008, he became COO of Bureau Veritas. He was named Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Division in 2013 before becoming the Group’s Executive Vice-President in 2017 - a post he held until early 2019.

Philippe became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SQLI Group in June 2019.

Alexis Nasard, Member of the Board

Alexis Nasard holds an MBA (UC Berkeley) and an MS in Engineering. He has 30 years of experience in large international groups in the consumer goods, fashion retail and consulting sectors. After spending 17 years at Procter & Gamble, he joined Heineken in 2010 to become President, Western Europe, and Global m Chief Marketing Officer.

In 2016, he was appointed CEO of the Bata Group, a position he held for 5 years. In parallel with his various assignments, he sat on the Board of Directors of the BBH agency for 5 years, was an Officer of the Consumers Industries Group of the World Economic Forum, and became a member of the Advisory Board of Salvatore Ferragamo. He is also an Executive in Residence at IMD. After a period as CEO of Kantar, he joined the consulting firm McKinsey in 2022 as Senior Business Advisor.

Nathalie Mesny, Member of the Board

Graduate of ESSEC and holder of a Master’s degree from INSEAD, Nathalie Mesny began her career at Unilever before joining Carrefour France in 1998 as CEO (Food) before becoming Marketing, Communications and Brand Manager in 2005.

From 2011 to 2015, she managed Oxybul Eveil et Jeux then took charge of Carrefour’s non-food e-commerce division, managing the rueducommerce.fr site.

Since 1 April 2019, Nathalie Mesny has been Executive VP of Monoprix Online.

Nathalie is also a member of the Carmignac Board of Directors (since July 2018) and a member of the Damartex supervisory board (since May 2017).

Bev White, Member of the Board

With a scientific background and an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, Finance and Management, Bev White began her professional career in 1987 in the IT department of Schlumberger. In 1994, she joined NTL, a telecoms, internet and TV company, as Information Systems Director for eight years. She then took her first steps in the world of HR by becoming Managing Director of Penna Careers Services, a group specialized in HR management, employer branding and recruitment.

She joined the main Board in 2012. She was a founder of a global network of career specialists, Career star group in over 80 countries and was chair of the Board for 4 years. After a period as CEO of Intoo UK and Ireland and Gi Group UK, she became Group CEO of the Harvey Nash Group in 2020.

Ariel Steinmann, Member of the Board

Graduate of ISC Paris, Ariel Steinmann began her career at various consulting and communications agencies in France and the US. She has since gained extensive experience in Marketing, Communications & Digital Technologies by managing large-scale projects for major groups such as Bouygues Telecom and ING Direct France.

Ariel Steinmann is currently Marketing, Communications and Digital Technologies Manager for Retail activities at the BNP Paribas group, which she joined in 2011.

Since 2013, Ariel has been Head of Digital Marketing at the retail bank in France for both  BNP Paribas and Hello bank! brands.

Diederik Vos, Member of the Board

Diederik Vos was CEO of SQS from 2012 to 2018. SQS is a leading provider of software testing and quality assurance services. He previously had executive responsibilities at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, AVAYA and International Network Services. As a Director of various firms, Diederik has gained in-depth experience of the digital service sector.

Iltay Sensagir, Member of the Board

Iltay Sensagir is a member of the DBAY Advisors investment committee. Graduate of EBS Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany), he began his career at Goldman Sachs, in the Investment Banking Division in London. Iltay was formerly at Kartesia, an investment fund active on several markets in Europe.

Sven Hagemann, Member of the Board

Sven Hagemann graduated from ESCP Europe. He also studied economics at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. He started his career at UBS Warburg, then worked for Houlihan Lokey and Bank of America, both in London. From 2005 to 2020, he worked as a director at Contrarian Capital European Advisors in Paris. He is Chairman of SWJH Conseil and works as an independent consultant. Sven has over 20 years' experience in finance.
