Recruitment process

Every year, SQLI recruits hundreds of digital enthusiasts to strengthen its teams of experts. Even if each recruitment is unique, SQLI relies on a simple and efficient recruitment process for each candidate.

Digital professions: the 5 steps of the recruitment process

Apply to SQLI

Every year, SQLI recruits a variety of profiles in the digital sector: our job offers range from internships to permanent contracts for a wide range of technological expertise (back-end and front-end developers, full-stack developers, technical experts, etc.), business skills (UX designers, project managers, scrum masters, etc.), sales and support.

To start the recruitment process at SQLI, several paths are possible. Have you found the job offer that corresponds to your profile on our recruitment space and have applied? Have you submitted a spontaneous application? Or has one of our employees recommended you? Congratulations, the recruitment process has just started!

Reviewing your application

Once the recruitment team has studied your application, a first telephone meeting between the candidate and the recruiter is quickly organized.

The HR interview

This first interview allows you to talk about your background with the recruiter, your expectations regarding the position, your motivation and more generally your professional aspirations. SQLI will present you with the expected missions and their context: the Group's international organization, that of the office you are applying to, as well as our team spirit!

The technical interview

This second meeting of the recruitment process takes place with one of our experts to validate your knowledge and business/technical know-how. It is also the first contact with a member of the team you could join. It allows us to imagine a shared future, to imagine you as part of our community of experts, to present our projects and our news. In short, to give you a taste of what it means to join SQLI's digital teams!

The manager’s interview

After the technical interview, you will meet the manager of the division or the director of the branch. This is the last step in the recruitment process, and it enables us to confirm your arrival within our teams.

After this 5th step, you are ready to become a Sqlien! A new cycle begins, that of integration [link to integration page] within your new team.
Joining SQLI means joining a community of experts, inspiring people and cutting-edge projects, whether it's your first job or a step in your career.
