The priority: 'Transform the industrial activities'
A threefold objective for Petroineos:
+ Modernise its maintenance management solution
+ Improve the power, performance and potential of its business
+ View its full range of assets in order to identify their potential
Support was provided in four major areas:
+ Optimising the refinery's maintenance activity in terms of: Risk management, Health, safety and environment (HSE) and Authorisation management
+ The functional and technical development of the tool
+ Strong and unprecedented support from users
+ The full recovery and conversion of data without damage
A proactive method based on discussions and careful listening in order to fully meet expectations:
+ Design workshops (definition of processes and configurations linked to the IBM Maximo 7.5 software)
+ Transposition of the key functions from version 4 into version 7.5 of the IBM Maximo Asset Management Oil & Gas software and incorporation of specific developments already in place
+ Complete data recovery
+ Change management
We chose SQLI because right from the start of the project we built a trusting relationship with their teams. They understood and were able to clearly and objectively reinterpret the challenges we faced in modernising our existing CMMS solution.
