Integration of new employees

Integration is a crucial step during the arrival of our new employees. We are committed to offering each new employee a complete training course to enable them to  immerse themselves into the SQLI culture and its professions, but above all to meet the Sqlians who will be part of their daily life.

Your arrival at SQLI

The first day is a discovery day. A member of the Human Resources department welcomes you and takes you on a guided tour of the premises, a presentation of the HR teams, a break at the coffee machine... What else? In reality, this is just the beginning of your adventure. With your Welcome Pack in hand, the presentations continue.

Integration into the team

Your new manager comes into play next. After meeting them, they organize your introduction to and integration into your team as well as the people you will be working with very quickly.

The HR Team Leader, your career coach

At SQLI, the HR Team Leader is one of the key people in your career. An HR Team Leader is for life! All employees have one, whether they have been with us for one day or 10 years. The HR Team Leader is your dedicated contact who will follow your career throughout your development: from your integration to your professional development, including your performance monitoring and training.

A long-term integration

The integration seminar is the major event for all new arrivals. At each office, it allows new Sqlians to have an overview of the group (business lines, offers and services, etc.) as well as the specificities of the site they have joined.

After one month with SQLI, each employee fills out a feedback report. The objective of this report is to gather the opinions of newcomers during the first weeks of integration, the organization within your branch and the group.

Career follow-up and management at SQLI

Your career at SQLI is just beginning! Regular meetings with your HR Team Leader and a member of the HR team will punctuate the year. Whether they are informal or part of our HR cycle, these rituals are essential and the teams are always at your side to accompany you at every stage of your career.
