Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford University (California), Philippe Donche-Gay began his career in 1982 at IBM.
He joined the Management Team at Capgemini in 1984 and helped to set up Capgemini Telecom & Media and was named as CEO in 2001. He was named CEO of firstly Capgemini France in 2004 then Capgemini for Western Europe in 2007.
In 1998, he became COO of Bureau Veritas. He was named Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Division in 2013 before becoming the Group’s Executive Vice-President in 2017 - a post he held until early 2019.
He became Chairman of the Board of Directors of SQLI Group in June 2019.
Bruno Leyssene was one of the group's co-founders in March 1990 with Alain Lefebvre and Jean Rouveyrol.
He contributed to the launch of the group's R&D activity and led consulting and project management missions for large French accounts. In 1995, he took over management of the Paris agency in the Services/Industry sector and launched the creation of the Toulouse agency in 1998.
In January 2001, he was named to the role of Deputy Managing Director, then, in July 2002, Vice-President of the Executive Board in charge of the operational management of the group and of transformation programmes.
Since 2009, he has held the position of the Group's COO.
A graduate of the Ecole de commerce de Brest, and holder of a master's from the Institut de Haute Finance, Olivier Stéphan began his career with Matra Communication. He joined Bouygues Telecom in 1995, where he held various positions before becoming Group Management Accounting Manager. In 2005, he became Management Accounting Manager for the SEB group, and was also responsible for the Accounts department and then the Financial IT department.
In 2015, he joined Visiativ, the publisher and integrator of digital solutions, as Deputy Managing Director for Finance and Support Functions.
He joined SQLI Group in January 2020 as Deputy Managing Director for Finance
Eric Doladille, born January 1963 in Marseille, is the Deputy Managing Director in charge of Delivery (service centres) and Unified Commerce activities since September 2016.
After graduating from École Supérieure d’Électricité (aka Supélec, school of electrical engineering), he started his career at IBM in the Systems Integration entity, then moved to PWC as a Senior Manager for CRM and IT Transformation activities. In 2001, he joined the firm BearingPoint as a partner, where he led large-scale international transformation programmes.
In 2008, he took over the IT Advisory activity (France).
Sylvie Verstraeten graduated with a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Paris X and an LL.M in European Law from University of Essex. She began her career in 1997 as a lawyer with Steria and became Legal Affairs Director (France) in 2005, a position she held for 5 years.
In 2010, she decided to make a career shift and was named to the position of Human Resources Director (France) at Steria (6400 employees). Following the Sopra Steria merger, she became the Group's Human Resources Deputy Director (36,000 employees) for the international division.
Sylvie Verstraeten joined SQLI on 18 April 2017 as the Group's Human Resources Director.
With a literary and artistic education, Christine Julien has more than 20 years of experience in Communication roles, mainly in the Digital sector. After spending some time in the international messaging sector, in 1990 she joined Quote Trading System (a subsidiary of Linedata), an agency specialised in the development of financial software (back office & trading room). It was in 1999, after spending three years in the fashion world, that she joined the SQLI Group, where she was first entrusted with the responsibility of Internal Communications, followed by an appointment as Communications Director in 2001.
In 2016, in the context of activity alignment, she was promoted to the role of the Group's Marketing and Communications Director.
After completing a master's degree in statistics and IT at Université Lumière Lyon II, Renaud Detcheverry started his career at Capgemini, where he worked for five years in different roles within the “Technology Services” entity. In 2003, he joined Deutsch Telekom group and its French subsidiary T-Systems where he became manager of the French Projects & Service Centres activities at the “Systems Integration” entity. In 2010, he joined SQLI group to take charge of its Swiss subsidiary and manage the entity’s transition to 100% digital activities.
At the end of 2018, he became the SQLI International Director, joined the Group's Management Committee and started managing the “Commerce & Experience” activities for subsidiaries in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Spain.
Eric Chanal est à l’origine de l’agence de Lyon en 1995, 1ère agence régionale du groupe SQLI et prend la direction des projets de l’agence auprès des clients rhône alpins. Il créé également les agences suisses de Lausanne puis Genève en 1999 et contribue à son développement jusqu’en 2003.
En 2004, il prend la direction des opérations CMMI pour mettre en place et déployer sur l’ensemble du groupe un vaste programme d’industrialisation des pratiques d’avant-vente, de delivery et de ressources humaines (People CMM).
La direction de la filiale conseil du groupe, Alcyonix, lui est confiée en 2007. Trois ans après, Eric Chanal prend en charge les activités offshores du Groupe (Maroc) puis nearshores (Bordeaux/Nantes).
Depuis 2020, il occupe le rôle de VP – Directeur de l’agence de Paris.
