Management committee

The SQLI management committee has 10 members:

Philippe Donche-Gay, CEO & Chairman of the Board

Graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Stanford University (California), Philippe Donche-Gay began his career in 1982 at IBM. He joined the Management Team at Capgemini in 1984 and helped to set up Capgemini Telecom & Media and was appointed CEO in 2001. He was appointed CEO of Capgemini France in 2004, then Capgemini for Western Europe in 2007. In 2008, he became COO of Bureau Veritas. He was named Chairman of the Marine & Offshore Division in 2013 before becoming the Group’s Executive Vice-President in 2017 - a post he held until early 2019. Philippe became Chairman of the Board of Directors of the SQLI Group in June 2019.

Olivier Stephan, Deputy General Director for Finance

A graduate of Brest Business School, and with a Master's degree from the Institut de Haute Finance, Olivier Stephan began his career with Matra Communication. He joined Bouygues Telecom in 1995, where he held various positions before becoming Group Management Accounting Manager. In 2005, he became Management Accounting Manager for the SEB group, and was also responsible for the Accounts department and then the Financial IT department. In 2015, he joined Visiativ, the publisher and integrator of digital solutions, as Deputy Managing Director for Finance and Support Functions. Olivier joined the SQLI Group in January 2020 as Deputy Managing Director for Finance.

Renaud Detcheverry, Managing Director of SQLI International

After completing a Master's degree in Statistics and IT at the Université Lumière Lyon II, Renaud Detcheverry started his career at Capgemini, where he worked for five years in different roles within the “Technology Services” entity. In 2003, he joined the Deutsch Telekom group and its French subsidiary T-Systems where he became Manager of the French Projects & Service Centre activities for the “Systems Integration” entity. In 2010, he joined the SQLI group to take charge of its Swiss subsidiary and manage the entity’s transition to 100 per cent digital activities. At the end of 2018, Renaud became CEO, SQLI International, joined the Group's Management Committee and started managing the “Commerce & Experience” activities for subsidiaries in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Spain.

Thierry Mileo, Managing Director of SQLI France

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, with an MS from the University of California and an MBA from INSEAD, Thierry began his career in public administration and ministerial offices before joining Bouygues Telecom as Director of Strategy and External Affairs. After creating and managing FirstMark Communications France, he joined Ingenico and then Atos Origin as Vice-President in charge of the Telecom and Media market.
After 6 years at IBM Global Business Services as Executive Partner, leader in the communications-Media-Energy sector, he joined Accenture France in 2016 as Executive Director of the Resources - Utilities industry and responsible for major global accounts.

Eric Chanal, VP - Managing Director of SQLI Morocco

Eric Chanal founded the Lyon office in 1995, the first regional office of the SQLI group, and took over the management of the office's projects for clients in the Rhône-Alpes region. He also created the Swiss offices of Lausanne and Geneva in 1999 and contributed to its development until 2003.

In 2004, he took over the management of CMMI operations to set up and deploy throughout the group a vast programme to industrialise pre-sales, delivery and human resources practices (People CMM).

In 2007, Eric Chanal was entrusted with the management of the group's consulting subsidiary, Alcyonix. Three years later, Eric Chanal took charge of the Group's offshore activities (Rabat, Oujda) then nearshores (Bordeaux).

Since 2021, he is also the Group's Chief Information Officer.

Cédric Boullier, Group Delivery Excellence Director

A graduate of the Prytanée National Militaire de La Flèche (a French military school) and ENSAAMA Olivier de Serres (a teaching establishment for the decorative arts in Paris), Cédric began his career in the field of communications and digital marketing in 2000.  He held several positions until 2011, when he joined Ogilvy Paris (WPP group) as Project Director and then Operations Manager. He continued his career at BETC Digital (Havas group) before joining Capgemini's Digital Customer eXperience practice in 2018, as Engagement Director.

Claire Leblanc Mason, Chief People & Transformation Officer

A graduate of ESCP Business School and holding a French B.A in Economics as well as a German master’s in Management, Claire has deep experience in the strategic and operational transformation of large international organisations.

Claire started her career in 1996 as a Management consultant at Capgemini Invent, where she then held HR and transformation responsibilities for Europe.

In 2012, she joined Bain & Company as Senior Manager, Business Transformation for EMEA, following which she spent 4 years as COO EMEA of JLL Valuations.

Claire joined the SQLI Group in November 2022 as Chief People & Transformation Officer. She is also responsible for Communications as well as ESG.

Peter Youell, Group Chief Technology Officer

Holding a BSc in Software Engineering from Portsmouth University, Peter's career started in 2004 as a lead developer and has gone on to hold Principal Architect, Director & EVP of technology positions in various companies, including Invent, Tryzens, Astound & Oracle. 

With over 18 years of experience in software development, architecture & digital solutions, Peter leads SQLIs technology strategy & supports clients to achieve their digital transformation goals.

Jonty Sutton, Group Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Jonty has worked in digital for more than 25 years, leading teams and building ecommerce consulting businesses across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. In 2004, Jonty set up a digital commerce consultancy, Redbox Digital, in London. In March 2020, Redbox joined the group, and Jonty has been SQLI UK Managing Director since then.

Francisca Alvarez, Legal Director

Francisca graduated from the University of Panthéon Assas and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law from the University of Paris XI. She has developed extensive experience in corporate law in the services sector. She started her career in 1997 at Alcatel, where she worked as a legal expert in company law. Then, Francisca joined Noos & Bouygues Telecom as Corporate Lawyer. Francisca moved to Keolis in 2007 and became Deputy Legal Director there in 2018.
