SQLI integrats digital technology in real world

The Real World Data & Analytics solution is launched at the Big Data show.

Building on its expertise in Web Analytics, SQLI is launching a disruptive solution that uses the power of digital technology in the real world. The aim is to bring an innovative connected experience to companies at their points of sale. Behavioural data gathered is turned into a powerful marketing tool that enhances customer segmentation and content personalisation. SQLI will give an exclusive presentation of the solution at the BIG DATA PARIS 2017 show, to be held on the 6th and 7th of March 2017 at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.

A solution that is unique on the market: Real World Data & Analytics

Aware of the importance of physical sales channels for retailers and challenges related to the growth of this business, SQLI designed the Real World Data & Analytics solution to gather and use data from the real world, in order to:

  • provide reliable and accurate indicators to monitor the performance of points of sale;
  • create new point-of-sale experiences that attract consumers;
  • promote consumer loyalty with a seamless experience.

In order to bolster its Data & Analytics centre of excellence, which has already carried out 90 projects, SQLI aims to go even further in putting its digital expertise at the service of the real world. This new challenge led SQLI to work with a strategic partner, What the Shop, as part of a project carried out for the brand Cointreau in Belgium.

Tried and tested expertise: Cointreau case study

By analysing signals emitted by consumers' smartphones via What the Shop units in various strategic bars, SQLI has provided Cointreau with an accurate vision of behaviours at its points of sale and consumption, such as: how many consumers come to the bar? How often? Are they always the same? How much time do they spend there?

In total, more than 50 indicators have been analysed in order to give Cointreau in-depth knowledge of the structure of footfall in its bars.The Real World Data & Analytics solution will be presented by SQLI for the first time at the BIG DATA show, at stand No. 107, as well as at an expert workshop.
