Olivier Stephan joins SQLI

THE SQLI GROUP ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF OLIVIER STÉPHAN AS ITS DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR FINANCE

As part of its new ONE FORCE 2022 strategic plan, SQLI is bolstering its management team and will be welcoming Olivier Stéphan to the group in January 2020. As Deputy Managing Director for Finance, Olivier Stéphan will report directly to Didier Fauque, CEO of the SQLI group.

More than 20 years' experience in fast-growing international groups

A graduate of the Ecole de commerce de Brest, and holder of a DESCF accounting and finance qualification and a master's from the Institut de Haute Finance, Olivier Stéphan began his career with Matra Communication as Management Accountant for European subsidiaries and then for its Mobiles business in Germany.

During his ten years with Bouygues Telecom, which he joined in 1995, Olivier Stéphan held various positions before becoming Group Management Accounting Manager. In 2005, he became Management Accounting Manager for the SEB group, and was also responsible for the Accounts department and then the Financial IT department.In 2015, he joined Visiativ, the publisher and integrator of digital solutions, as Deputy Managing Director for Finance and Support Functions.

He was involved in the success of the Euronext Growth-listed digital platform publisher. He saw the company transformed (a four-fold increase in turnover and capitalisation coupled with a steady increase in profitability).

Strong skills in the service of the one force 2022 plan

Olivier Stéphan will take up his post in SQLI's Finance department on 9 January, and will lead the group as it implements its strategic plan by 2022. His operational skills and knowledge of the industry, allied to his experience in listed companies in international contexts, will enable him to achieve the profitable growth objectives which the SQLI group has set itself.
