Holders have until 20 april 2018 to exercise their BSAAR warrants

The redeemable share subscription and/or purchase warrants (BSAAR) issued alongside the bonds in April 2011 have a life span of seven years, i.e., until 20 April 2018 inclusive.

The BSAAR warrants are listed on Euronext (ISIN: FR0011023274 – Ticker: SQIBS).Ten BSAAR warrants entitle their holder to subscribe to one new share at a unit price of €15.The 3,574,437 BSAAR warrants outstanding at 31 December 2017 therefore correspond to the right to subscribe to 357,443 new SQLI shares.

The exercise of all outstanding BSAAR warrants in circulation would raise €5.4 million in financing.This BSAAR warrant issue was described in a prospectus approved by the French financial markets authority (Autorité des marchés financiers – AMF) under no. 11-085, dated 25 March 2011.

SQLI will publish its 2018 first-quarter turnover on 17 May 2018 after the close of trading.
