SQLI and Alpenite join forces to form the first 100% Salesforce multi-cloud agency in France
SQLI, the European digital experience agency specialising in Unified Commerce, and Alpenite, the leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrator in Italy, announce the creation of a joint venture called Invent Commerce to accelerate the deployment of the multi-cloud Salesforce offer on the French market.Invent Commerce is now a force representing more than 120 experts in digital commerce and the Salesforce multi-cloud suite, with 30 experts certified by the publisher, meeting the challenges of quality customer experience in an omnichannel commerce context from start to finish.
SQLI and ALPENITE: complementary assets serving a shared challenge
Because customer experience and digital technologies for new uses have always been at the heart of its concerns, SQLI has been continuously developing a high level of expertise in digital commerce over the years, across its entire value chain. This expertise is now visible throughout more than 350 BtoB and BtoC projects with many major international brands such as Nespresso, L'Oréal, Airbus, Groupe SEB, Carlsberg or Bridgestone.Convinced of the contribution of Salesforce multi-cloud solutions to its strategy of accelerating its "commerce experience" offer and meeting growing market demand, SQLI wanted to quickly acquire a large number of additional resources based on these technologies.
Alpenite, a specialist in omnichannel commerce and the leading Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrator in its market, has more than 5 years of proven experience in consulting and implementing Salesforce solutions: BtoB Commerce (CloudCraze) or BtoC Commerce (Commerce Cloud ex-Demandware), Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).With a team of 70 Salesforce experts, 30 of whom are certified by the publisher, the company has many multi-cloud Salesforce success stories in the luxury and fashion world. With operations in Italy, Austria and the United Kingdom, Alpenite wanted to establish itself in the French market.
SQLI and Alpenite therefore decided to join forces by creating Invent Commerce, a joint venture aimed at accelerating the design and marketing of high-performance digital experience and omnichannel commerce platforms based on Salesforce Cloud solutions in France.
Invent Commerce: First 100% Salesforce multi-cloud agency in France
Combining the different strengths involved, Invent Commerce now has more than120 employees, forming the first 100% Salesforce multi-cloud agency in France that supports major brands in their Customer Experience strategy.Invent Commerce is based on the front-back model successfully proven for more than 15 years by SQLI that provides: consulting, a local Sales approach thanks to its network of offices throughout France and implementation in remote digital service centres.
Currently based in Venice and Milan, in Italy, the company also plans to open an office in Morocco.Invent Commerce's perfect alignment of its positioning with Salesforce's multi-cloud acceleration strategy, as well as the first deals in progress, point to bright prospects for rapid development of the company.Invent Commerce will be 51% owned by SQLI and fully consolidated in the Group accounts.
