New head office for SQLI in Levallois

SQLI's new head office opened its doors on 6 November 2023. The company is still based in Levallois-Perret (2-10, rue Thierry Le Luron) just outside Paris.  A modern, innovative and collaborative space, it reflects the strength of the brand and its projects. As both a place to work and a place to interact, it aims to meet the needs of employees in a constantly changing business and digital world.

Collaboration and well-being at the heart of the project

SQLI's new head office is adapting to changes to the way in which we work. As a digital player, SQLI encourages hybridisation and wishes to reflect this in the collaborative uses of its premises:

"Today, we come to the office to meet up, share ideas and work in a collective mode. So, we've designed spaces that are adapted to these activities, with areas dedicated to ideation, project work and internal communities. We have also opted for premises on a more human scale, offering a range of shared services, in the heart of a lively district close to public transport and shops," explains Olivier Stéphan, Executive Vice President, Finance.

SQLI's head office is integrated into an ecosystem of companies to provide its employees with a range of community services (a fitness and wellness area, various catering services, a business centre and more) that make daily life easier and more enjoyable.

This initiative is part of SQLI's drive to create a fulfilling work experience. The strategic location of the office in the heart of a dynamic district also reinforces the office’s role as a brand showcase for welcoming clients and candidates.

Meeting SQLI's environmental responsibilities

Committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility, the Group has opted for a more efficient building, with dual HQE® and BREEAM® certification (standards for sustainable building). The fit-out work carried out by SQLI complies with these two certifications, and thanks to a wiser use of its premises, the Group intends to continue reducing its carbon footprint on a daily basis.

"SQLI is proud to welcome its employees, clients and partners to this new space which reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a dynamic working environment conducive to innovation and the success of our digital projects," says Philippe Donche-Gay, Chairman and CEO.
