Eurapharma offers a new digital experience to its staff

A sharepoint 2013 system rolled out to the whole group.

Eurapharma chose SQLI to set up a collaborative platform in order to address the evolution of uses and begin its digital transformation. With the integration of the SharePoint 2013 solution, the objective for Eurapharma is to increase productivity through facilitated internal communication and document management.

Modernised document management

Eurapharma, a major player in pharmaceutical distribution and medical promotion in African countries and French Overseas Departments and Territories, wants to equip its 2,500 staff with a new effective, upgradeable and flexible document management tool.On the recommendation of SQLI, Eurapharma wanted to migrate to the new SharePoint 2013 platform, which has a real wealth of features.

In this active approach towards innovation, Eurapharma aims to:

  • To strengthen corporate communication in the group's 36 countries and subsidiaries
  • To simplify management of content and documents for improved staff autonomy
  • To improve collaborative work by developing discussions (sharing information and documents)

As the result of several years of collaboration with Eurapharma and drawing on its expertise with SharePoint 2013 - SQLI is also a Microsoft GOLD partner - SQLI was entrusted with this strategic project.

Comprehensive and customised support

All stages of the project were led by SQLI: from Consulting and UX, to integration by way of development. The solution now addresses the need for a cross-disciplinary approach between the departments in the group's different subsidiaries.

Given its expertise and the commitment of its teams, SQLI has confirmed its position as a Eurapharma partner and will continue to assist it with the evolution of its digital transformation. Indeed, thanks to the flexibility of the tool and the support of staff, Eurapharma continues its roll-out of the Microsoft Solution in its subsidiaries worldwide. The whole of the SharePoint 2013 system should be finalised in 2018.

"SQLI clearly understood our processes and needs, which is why its teams were able to offer us a tool which fully addresses our functional requirements and technical constraints, as well as innovations based around this solution. Our staff immediately adopted the new solution: 90% of them now use it in mainland France. SQLI became a trusted partner which is almost part of the family," explains Fabrice Lenfant, Head of Systems and Network Infrastructure at the Eurapharma Group.
