On August 23, the SQLI Group, a leading European digital experience provider, named Claire Depanian as its Head of Human Resources. Claire is now a member of the Executive Committee and reports directly to Philippe Donche-Gay, the Group’s CEO.
28 years of HR experience in listed and private international groups
After studying business at ESC Brest and earning a master’s in human resources from ESCP Business School, Claire began her career at Dun & Bradstreet before joining Capgemini in 2001, where she held the position of Human Resources Director for various operational entities.
She then stepped into the world of industry by joining Rhodia (Solvay group) in 2006, where she held various international HR management positions, including at the Shared Service Center and the Rhodia group’s central functions. Following a year as the Human Resources Director of Bureau Veritas’ France network, in 2014, Claire joined the Clarins group, as Human Resources Director for its Operations and R&D, which she left in 2019 to become Human Resources Director of Ogilvy Paris.
Proven competency for a strategic mission
Claire will support the Group’s growth ambitions and transformation, particularly at an international level, where an integration scheme for European subsidiaries is underway.
Claire Depanian states: “I’m delighted to join SQLI and its management team as part of this growth momentum as we exit the pandemic. Maintaining SQLI’s position as a leader in its sector, which offers an environment on a human scale with real development opportunities, is a superb project.”
Philippe Donche-Gay adds: “I’m very pleased to welcome Claire to the Group which will benefit from her ability to meet its human resource challenges – which are major in our business sector – and achieve the growth objectives we have set ourselves.”
