Brand awareness through e-Commerce & a brand new PWA platform

Where would we be without our phones and our internet? Zuny is the newest telecom brand launched in Belgium, courtesy of VOO. In order to make a mark in this competitive market, they called upon our integrated SQLI SAP solutions to boost their brand awareness through a solid e-Commerce strategy, complete with a handy branded app.

The Goal

Ready for this digital challenge

The Zuny offer consists of three essential pillars: Internet, mobile and a streaming service. And their target audience? Digital natives looking for a no-fuss solution but still tailored to their (digital) behavior. Subscriptions are therefore handled in a completely digital way: maximized accessibility and control, minimum of fuss. To make their brand tangible and attract their target audience, they required a sound e-Commerce system that matched both its complex Information System, and the unique specifications of the telecom sector.

The solution

Set and Action!

After a full analysis by our dedicated SQLI team we were able to present the following solutions and implementations.

  • Development of e-Commerce front-end and system
  • Tailormade development complementary to VOO’s Telco accelerator
  • Integration of the platform into the Information System
  • Integration of TM Forum international standards, specifically related to telecom
  • SEO and Analytics specifications, for creating online campaigns and other marketing measures

And as an extra behind-the-scenes, SQLI also designed and developed a PWA – Progressive Web APP – to meet an excellent mobile-first approach. Built in React, this is an extra asset next to the web platform to gather leads and other prospects.

And the result?

A telecom brand with Va-va-VOOm 

All this was developed in a very short time: in four short months, VOO was able to go live with their new platforms for their new Zuny brand. And we are happy when our clients are:
