Job Description

As SAP Field Service Management (FSM) consultant, you will work for our large accounts where you will support our customers by digitalizing field services and optimize operations while reducing environmental impact, supporting sustainability efforts through efficient service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the setup, configuration and integration of SAP FSM solutions according to the client’s requirements and infrastructure.

You will be involved and/or drive full life cycle projects from requirements gathering during blueprint workshops until the post go-live support.

You will also play a role in improving the internal knowledge on SAP Field Service Management (FSM) within SQLI team and work together with SAP in exciting presales rounds.

Qualifications

SQLI stands for quality so to give our clients the best service our consultants need to possess the following requirements:

• At least 1 full SAP FSM implementation project.
• As we are looking for an senior profile, we aim for someone with 5 to 7 years of experience with SAP S/4Hana or SAP ECC.
• Familiar with SAP Modules like PM, CS, HR and/or S/4Hana Service.
• Knowledge of the Proaxia FSM Integration.
• knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management and/or SAP CRM being a plus.

We are looking for someone with great communication and soft skills to interact on a high professional level with our clients;

• Therefore professional proficiency in English and French is a must, Dutch being highly appreciated too.
• Proven Consulting skills.
• Strong interest in Business requirements gathering.
• Customer oriented.
• Mentor junior profiles.
• Solid general IT understanding.

Following Technical skills being will make the difference:

• SAP IDoc mechanism.
• Programming knowledge ABAP, ABAP O-O, Web Service, HTML, JavaScript.
• SAP User-exit, Badi implementation.
• Relational database and query languages like SQL, Core SQL.
