SQLI establishes Partnership with the composable low-code platform Novulo
In order to best serve our customers, with improvements to customer experience and a data-driven way of working, SQLI is proud to announce that we’ve entered into a partnership with Novulo.
By further expanding our partner ecosystem with Novulo, we aim to better support organizations in their need for greater agility, through the transition to composable commerce, thanks to the Novulo platform. Improving the customer experience and data-driven work methods are integral in achieving this goal.
In order to keep up with rapidly changing consumer behavior and expectations, e-commerce players are constantly rethinking their application landscape. Retailers need greater agility. A modular architecture combined with fully integrated data offers businesses this much needed flexibility, and enables them to optimally serve their customers. Our combined expertise makes it possible for organizations to transition to a composable application landscape. Additionally, through our partnership, customers of composable low-code platforms also gain access to high-quality services in the e-commerce and digital domain.
Volume Growth in E-Commerce
Due to the pandemic, digital commerce has grown enormously. As a result, existing e-commerce parties are constantly optimizing their platforms and services to handle more orders. But at the same time as dealing with this growth in volume, they want to make sure they respect their customers’ needs and wishes.
“It is good that we have found each other. We are especially looking for partners who excel in ERP, CRM systems and logistics. We have the necessary enterprise solutions. And customers who develop their own software with low-code, but who have not yet chosen a solution. Novulo's composable low-code platform offers numerous reusable components that give retailers rapid agility, right down to their core, without SQLI having to develop everything itself.”
Mark Blockhuys, Managing Director of SQLI Netherlands
The increased flexibility that comes from expanding our offering of integrated systems is invaluable. Blockhuys noted:
“The corona crisis forced retailers to tackle one change after another, while their lack of agility made it difficult to anticipate. From one day to the next, retailers had to shift from in-store pickup to online only. These companies experienced firsthand they needed to be able to quickly respond to fluctuations in the market with software. Additionally, retailers make relatively little use of data to improve the customer experience and optimize operations.”
Blockhuys also observes a greater demand for flexibility outside retail, with large wholesale and manufacturing companies wanting more agility in their software, albeit with a lower priority.
Why SQLI? A top performer in the e-commerce space
