The HR cycle

The HR Cycle is at the heart of our performance evaluation and employee development policy.

At SQLI, the HR Cycle revolves around five key activities that take place over the year: 

  • The annual performance review: which is an opportunity for you to discuss the past year and development prospects.
  • Detailed development review: which consists of two management panels. It gives you the opportunity to understand the skills required to perform a certain role, a review of potential development needs, and the creation of an individual action plan.
  • Training plan: to support your career goals and aspirations on completion of the development review.
  • Annual salary review: a detailed salary review is conducted for each employee based on their performance.
