At SQLI, the HR Cycle revolves around five key activities that take place over the year:
- The annual performance review: which is an opportunity for you to discuss the past year and development prospects.
- Detailed development review: which consists of two management panels. It gives you the opportunity to understand the skills required to perform a certain role, a review of potential development needs, and the creation of an individual action plan.
- Training plan: to support your career goals and aspirations on completion of the development review.
- Annual salary review: a detailed salary review is conducted for each employee based on their performance.
