SQLI appoints Marie Henlé as Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director
Paris, July 17, 2025 – SQLI announces the appointment of Marie Henlé as Group Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Director.
As a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, SQLI has entrusted Marie Henlé with the responsibility of leading its global recruitment and employer branding strategy, in line with the Group’s growth ambitions.
20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR projects
With 20 years of experience in recruitment and human resources, Marie Henlé has held strategic positions in international environments, particularly in IT and pharmaceutical sectors, first in recruitment agencies and then within companies.
Most recently at Odigo, a CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions provider, she structured and led Talent Acquisition activities, and then Employer brand. She also contributed to HR transformation projects in France and across Europe.
A mission to build and deploy a unified talent strategy
In her new role, Marie Henlé will play a key part in defining and implementing SQLI’s talent strategy across its 12-country footprint. Her mission will include:
- Harmonizing recruitment practices internationally,
- Strengthening SQLI’s employer brand,
- Enhancing the overall candidate experience
All with a focus on consistency, impact, and alignment with the Group’s strategic goals.
