
MyLifeCare and Levana by SQLI accelerate innovation in preventive healthcare with a conversational agent based on Agentforce
On 22 May, at the Agentforce World Tour Paris, Levana by SQLI, a specialist in digital transformation based on Salesforce solutions, and MyLifeCare, a French e-health start-up, unveiled a preview of an intelligent conversational agent based on Agentforce, dedicated to preventive health. The result of several months' collaboration is Sky, a digital health coach capable of supporting each user throughout their personalised health journey.
This AI is based on a hybrid approach combining validated medical data, personalised analysis of health data and ongoing support, to deliver a contextualised experience. Agentforce integrates directly into MyLifeCare's Salesforce environment, marking a key step in the evolution of digital health care in companies.
MyLifeCare, a major player in preventive healthcare for businesses
MyLifeCare's mission is to achieve lasting improvements in employee health through an innovative prevention programme based on physiological age. Based on an in-depth medical check-up, this enables employees to discover the real state of their body and take action to improve it, with personalised support.
This solution, which combines technology and medicine, is offered to companies as part of a training programme to improve the health of their employees and give them easier access to the system.
A health AI agent to support MyLifeCare coaches
To support its large-scale development, MyLifeCare wants to give users greater autonomy in their healthcare journey, while maintaining a high level of quality in the answers it provides. The challenge is to offer an AI health agent available 24 hours a day, capable of providing precise, contextualised, personalised and medically validated answers.
As MyLifeCare's long-standing technology partner, Levana by SQLI was chosen to design and implement Agentforce, an intelligent conversational agent integrated into the Salesforce platform.
An AI agent fuelled by medical expertise
Agentforce is based on two complementary data bases:
- A medical knowledge base built from the work of Dr Christophe de Jaeger, validated upstream by the medical team. This content is hosted in Salesforce Knowledge and structured to guarantee constant scientific rigour.
- Personal health data from user assessments (questionnaires, physiological results, medical history), to provide individualised and relevant answers.
By combining these two sources, the agent can answer complex questions such as: ‘How can I live a long, healthy life?’, or ‘What menu do you recommend to help me look after my health?
A project co-constructed with Levana by SQLI
As part of the development of Agentforce, Levana by SQLI carried out the following stages:
- Needs analysis: discussions with the founder to identify functional requirements and evaluate the possibilities offered by Salesforce.
- Design of the agent:
- Display personal information from the health pathway (assessment, appointments, etc.),
- Answer general questions, based on a document database validated by MyLifeCare.
- Setting up workflows: using Flows and Action Builders to enable the agent to access relevant data based on requests.
- Training phase: simulation of use cases to adjust the agent's behaviour and validate the quality of the responses provided.

In less than two months, MyLifeCare designed and implemented Agentforce's AI agent. This innovative solution offers an enhanced user experience, providing immediate access to clear, reliable and personalised answers to health questions.
In this way, the AI health agent helps to empower users, while easing the burden on coaching teams. The initial beta-testing phase proved particularly conclusive, with very positive feedback on the quality and relevance of the answers provided.
The aim is to use artificial intelligence as a strategic tool for prevention in the workplace, to promote the longevity and long-term well-being of employees.
