SQLI Harmonizes LPG®’s Digital Ecosystem

LPG®, the global leader in cellular stimulation, has a presence in 110 countries worldwide. The company offers a wide range of innovative technological solutions and products for facial and body beauty, catering to healthcare and beauty professionals as well as the general public.

CONTEXT

Following an initial collaboration in 2021, LPG® entrusted SQLI with the redesign of its digital ecosystem, which consisted of around ten heterogeneous websites. The objective was to enhance online performance and optimize the user experience.

CHALLENGES

The company had a digital ecosystem consisting of around ten external websites. Built on aging technologies, these sites incurred high maintenance costs while experiencing a decline in organic search rankings, impacting their visibility.

To address these challenges, LPG® aimed to modernize its digital ecosystem and unify the user experience by streamlining its websites into two distinct platforms: a corporate website incorporating both B2B and B2C functionalities, and a new e-commerce platform.

OUR ROLE

SQLI supported LPG® at every stage of the project with an Agile approach:

  • The UX/UI team designed an intuitive and ergonomic user interface aligned with LPG®’s new visual identity.
  • The technical team managed the website development in collaboration with Adobe Commerce, a trusted SQLI partner selected by LPG® for its ability to meet all functional requirements. This integration required specific developments, notably for the "Store Locator" feature, which is crucial for LPG® due to its extensive network of clients and distributors. SQLI also trained LPG®’s internal teams on this new solution.
  • SQLI’s SEO expertise was leveraged to optimize the organic ranking of the new platforms while guiding LPG® toward best practices.
  • Finally, to track website performance and enhance marketing efforts, SQLI’s Analytics team implemented monitoring and analysis tools.

RESULTS

LPG®’s new websites went live on March 8, 2024, following two years of collaboration. This digital ecosystem overhaul successfully achieved the following objectives:

  • Precise tracking of marketing campaigns
  • Modernization of the brand image, highly praised by clients

LPG® now plans to roll out the website internationally, providing each subsidiary with a localized version in its respective language, along with an e-commerce platform. The Group will begin with French and English. The framework for this initiative has already been established, with full implementation targeted by 2025.

The collaboration with SQLI stood out in many ways: the quality of the experts involved in the workshops, the vision, content, user experience, and the high-level SEO and UX/UI expertise, along with the responsiveness of the developers. The delivered result was 100% in line with our expectations.

Moreover, the Agile methodology helped prevent the tunnel effect, ensuring continuous visibility into project progress.

For an international web project, partnering with a local expert is key. We had ambitious goals, and our close collaboration with SQLI was instrumental in the success of this large-scale project. Choosing SQLI was the right decision.
