Omnichannel solution with SAP CX & PIM
Context and challenges
Hansgrohe specialises in high quality faucets for showers, bathtubs, bathroom sinks, and kitchen sinks. Their faucets are known for their timeless design and high quality. With ten production sites and offices in 44 countries, present across all continents, the company is one of the few global players in this industry.
The challenge within this project was to continue a project started by another implementation partner. During the implementation phase we focused on a highly configurable system and competent trainings and consulting for Hansgrohe. With this solution, Hansgrohe can do the maintenance of the system and roll outs to new countries by their own.
Support
The solution we built consists of the SAP CX omni-channel platform, Celum as DAM, Adobe Indesign and Werk II print: comet as the printing solution. We had to implement an enterprise e-business solution for Hansgrohe worldwide with different channels (PIM, B2B, B2C, Print, mobile) based on an agile approach.
Benefits
Retailers and plumbers can easily search for spare parts and print specifications as pdf. The product data is also used to print the complex product catalogues also available as pdf for download. Hansgrohe is able to maintain all product data and media assets within one application. This data is used for the different channels like print, spare parts shop, mobile or the internal research client.
