SQLI appoints Olivier Thielemans as Group Chief Financial Officer

[Levallois, December 18, 2025] SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, has appointed Olivier Thielemans as Group Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for overseeing the Group’s Finance, Legal, and Purchasing departments.

Over 20 years of experience in Finance and LBOs

Graduated from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne in 2002, Olivier Thielemans began his career at EY Paris, where he spent 12 years performing Audit and Transaction Support engagements for clients across various industrial and service sectors in France and internationally.

He then joined the TRIGO group in 2015, a leader in quality services for the automotive and aerospace industries, as CFO for France and Western Europe, where he contributed to an ambitious external growth roadmap in the region.

In 2018, he joined FIME, a spin-off from Orange, as Group CFO, where he supported the transformation of the group into a global leader in services for the Financial Industry.
 

His mission: to structure the Group’s finances for its new phase of development.

In his new role, Olivier Thielemans will play a central part in defining and implementing the Group’s financial strategy, aimed at accelerating its international growth and enhancing its operational excellence.
