SQLI appoints Jean-Christophe Ravaux as managing director for the international zone

[Levallois, le 08/12/2025]  SQLI, a European digital services group, announces the appointment of Jean-Christophe Ravaux as Managing Director for its International Zone, a strategic step intended to accelerate global growth, enhance operational excellence, and strengthen alignment across its international markets. This leadership reinforcement supports SQLI’s ambition to expand internationally while delivering consistent value to clients worldwide.

A key appointment to strengthen SQLI’s global ambition

Jean-Christophe brings more than two decades of international leadership experience and spanning strategy, digital transformation and P&L management. His career includes senior executive roles at Accenture and Capgemini across EMEA Markets, where he built and scaled client-centric sales and delivery organizations. As Chief Sales Officer at The Adecco Group, he led the global strategic accounts, driving significant revenue growth. More recently, as General Manager at Bouygues Telecom Business, he successfully led large-scale B2B operations. He most recently served as a key contributor to the international expansion of Crosscall, a FrenchTech 120 company.

“Jean-Christophe’s appointment represents a significant milestone in SQLI’s evolution as a truly international digital services leader,” said Erwan Le Duff, CEO of SQLI. “His proven track record in building client-centric organizations, driving profitable growth and leading complex transformations makes him ideally suited to accelerate SQLI’s international ambitions. We are delighted to welcome him to the Executive Committee.”

A new momentum for the International Zone and the M&A strategy.

Jean-Christophe succeeds Renaud Detcheverry, who significantly contributed to the expansion of the International Zone. Renaud will continue as Managing Director for Switzerland while assuming a newly created strategic role as Group Director of M&A. This position will be instrumental to SQLI’s growth strategy over the next three years, focusing on identifying and integrating strategic acquisitions that complement the group’s capabilities and geographic reach.

“This is an exceptional opportunity to join SQLI at such a pivotal moment” said Jean-Christophe Ravaux. “The International Zone represents significant untapped potential. Our teams have developed best-in-class solutions for leading global brands and I see tremendous opportunity to scale these capabilities across our footprint, leveraging our nearshore delivery centers and deep technical expertise. I look forward to working alongside our talented teams to strengthen our market position, deliver exceptional value to our clients, and support the group’s long-term ambitions.”

This appointment reflects SQLI’s broader organizational evolution as the company positions itself for continued growth in the rapidly expanding digital experience and eCommerce markets.
