The Job

We are looking for an eCommerce Operations Leader who will play a crucial role in driving the operational success of the e-commerce business by optimizing the processes, enhancing the customer experience, leveraging technology, analyzing data, leading teams, and ensuring compliance and risk management. He/She will be responsible for supporting the eCommerce team to deliver the requested digital solutions depending on the business strategy.

What is this all about?

  • Translate the requests into business specs with support of the eCommerce project lead (mainly Salesforce/Demandware).
  • Be briefed on upcoming promotions, product launches, program updates.
  • Raise tickets to the Global IT teams through various ticketing systems.
  • Guide the Global IT teams to develop & implement appropriate solutions in Staging and QA.
  • Work on preliminary UAT (User Acceptance Test) to ensure proposed solution works as per business needs.
  • Get final business approval in order to confirm go live.
  •  Support in case on incidence with projects that went live.

Your profile

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business & eCommerce or similar topic.
  • At least 3 years of experience working hands-on in Digital Projects.( Executive operations not management)
  • Sound  understanding of terms such as "ticketing systems" , "QA & testing", and "UAT" .

Skills & Behaviours

 

  •  You are fluent in English (C1/c2 Level)
  • Good Project Management Skills
  •  Experience in Digital Marketing
  •  Familiar with Salesforce, Demandware, Drupal
  • Good understanding of web and mobile technologies
  • Ability to work under stressful situations
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Language: Fluent English,
  • French or German is a plus
