At HQ in London we are looking for an experienced operations manager to join the team and help us run the show. The role needs to provide the following:
* Business change owner across office collaboration
* Overall ownership and management of the studio process
* Quality Assurance / Testing team management
* Traffic & Resource Management for the global team
* Release management across clients with DevOps team
* Team / Resource & Third-party management
* Support & QA Team Management (We have a dedicated Support & QA team)
* Timesheet ownership & review/approval process
* Day/day KPI/Timesheet & Business efficiency reporting
* Jira Experience & knowledge a real advantage (it runs our business!)
