SQLI Appoints Hélène Sigrand as Chief Marketing Officer

SQLI, a European digital services group, announces the appointment of Hélène Sigrand as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and her entry into the Executive Committee. She will lead the Group’s marketing and communication strategy, with a roadmap focused on defining the global go-to-market approach, optimising the offer portfolio, and accelerating new client development across the countries where the Group operates.

A Key Role to Drive Marketing Strategy and Elevate SQLI’s Global Visibility

In this strategic role, Hélène Sigrand will be responsible for building and implementing an integrated marketing strategy to support SQLI’s growth. She will lead the definition of the global go-to-market approach, enhance the visibility of the Group’s service offerings, and activate local channels to drive new client acquisition across all geographies. She will also oversee the brand marketing strategy, with the objective of strengthening SQLI’s brand awareness, unifying its image on an international scale, and promoting the Group’s positioning and core areas of expertise. In close collaboration with the executive team and country leads, Hélène will play an active role in identifying new growth drivers to support the Group’s development ambitions.

“Joining SQLI at a pivotal time in its growth is a tremendous opportunity. Marketing can—and must—act as a growth accelerator by creating value for sales teams, strengthening brand recognition, and building stronger connections between the company, its markets, and its clients. This calls for a deeply customer-centric approach that aligns all go-to-market activities with the real needs of clients and their overall brand experience,” says Hélène Sigrand, CMO of SQLI.

Over 20 Years of Experience in Structuring International Marketing Strategies

Hélène Sigrand brings over two decades of experience in B2B marketing, gained in international environments including the United States, where she led marketing strategies for management consulting firms before moving into the tech sector. She then spent nearly ten years in leadership roles at the VISEO Group, where she managed multicultural teams, redefined the brand platform, structured lead generation programs, led communications around several M&A operations, and oversaw strategic partnerships with key vendors such as SAP and Salesforce.

Erwan Le Duff, CEO of SQLI, comments: “Hélène’s appointment marks a major milestone in our marketing strategy. Her hybrid background—at the crossroads of strategic marketing, business development, and brand management—will be a key asset in the new momentum SQLI is building.”
