Early last year, we were tasked with re-designing the personalised jewellery store’s ecommerce site and we’re pretty pleased with the results.
MyNameNecklace.com is a global brand selling high-end necklaces, rings and bracelets – all of which can be personalised.
The new online store needed to translate across multiple countries so we opted for a simple gridded structure, coupled with large, beautiful photographs and images to ensure easy navigation throughout its site.
Subtle colour palette and large images
Careful consideration was given to fonts, padding and messaging to give the site a clean, contemporary look. The simple, warm and elegant colour palette echoes the products’ designs.
There was a lot of emphasis on user experience, balancing the aesthetic considerations with ease of use.
As Perry Luz, VP ecommerce product for the Tenegroup Commerce explained, "The site's design and layout needed to create a positive user experience – one that garnered a higher degree of customer loyalty. We have achieved this with the new site.”
We’re happy with the finished product and importantly, so is the client. They have already seen an upswing in conversation and retention rates so we know it is hitting the mark with customers too.
