Code of Conduct

Whistleblowing Procedure

Our Whistleblowing Procedure provides a safe and confidential way for any victim or person with knowledge of facts that can be reported (internal or external to SQLI), to report in good faith any suspected violations of our Code of Conduct or laws and regulations. Key features of this procedure include:

  • Confidentiality: All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality to protect the identity of the whistleblower.
  • Protection: Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation or discrimination.
  • Accessibility: Multiple channels for reporting, including a secured email address or postal mail.
  • Investigation: Thorough and impartial investigations of all reports.
  • Action: Appropriate corrective measures are taken based on the findings.
