Service Level Manager
If you are a passionate Service Level Manager with positive energy, a unique voice, and a can-do spirit we are looking for you to join our team!
You will be part of the practice Digital Continuity, this team is responsible for all customer calls (incidents, problems) with the goal of continuously improving the performance of the aftercare projects.
About the role:
You will always be looking for opportunities to improve the level of service.
- You will perform continual identification, monitoring and review of the service’s levels specified in the service-level agreements (SLAs).
- You will plan, manage, build or modify service-level agreements while working with clients, project teams and support teams.
- You will assess the impact of functional changes on service quality and SLAs.
- You will ensure that the agreed services are provided in a cost-effective, secure and efficient manner. This will be done with the support of our support and operations teams.
- You will visit your customers on a regular basis and present them the analyzed metrics/ trends/ improvements
- You will act as the Single Point Of Contact with the client’s management to manage escalations between the client and us, and between the different teams on our side.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Of course, the equivalent experience is enough too!
- You have experience in Service Level Management.
- You are familiar with project management, information technology services and delivery methodologies.
- You have experience with the ITIL framework.
- You can create data-driven IT support metrics and trending analyses
- If you have experience with working in an infrastructure technology environment, that’s definitely a plus.
- You like working with and for customers
- You fluently speak English and Dutch
