The Job
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the driving force behind creating extraordinary experiences for our key clients, ensuring their needs are met with eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Data Insight, time and material projects. You will spearhead the sales process, from identifying opportunities to securing new business, while nurturing strong relationships with our most valued customers.
What is this all about?
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client.
- Deliver presentations, product demos, and conduct client visits to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
How will you manage?
- Build Business Opportunities: Identify, pursue, and promote opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive company revenue.
- Stay Ahead of the Game: Continuously update your knowledge of our software and tech solutions, as well as market trends and competitors.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Guide clients through the best use of our software and tech solutions, delivering tailored solutions that meet their business goals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales process, including proposal preparation, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
Your profile
Who are you?
- Economics, Business, Software Engineer, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- MBA highly valued
- Proven experience in selling IT management solutions, particularly in eCommerce Brands
- Expertise in managing consultative sales processes within the tech space
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and exceed targets
- Experience in process management and optimization to improve efficiencies
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences through personalized solutions
Skills & Behaviours
- Fluent English and Spanish level is mandatory, French and Catalan highly valued
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technological solutions
- Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
- Availability to travel as required
