Redesign and overhaul of the site's ergonomics, integration of the Magento solution and skills transfer
RETIF wanted to set up a new e-commerce platform in order to:
+ Boost its online sales and its turnover
+ Drive more traffic to its shops by adding web-to-store functionalities
+ Accelerate its international development
The implementation of this new solution also aimed to improve teams' autonomy when updating information and improve their productivity thanks to more modern, scalable tools.
SQLI implemented the Magento-based open source e-commerce solution, which fully addressed RETIF's challenges:
+ A multilingual management system for different countries, currencies and tax structures
+ Advanced graphical customisation
+ Detailed product definition and categorisation settings
+ Marketing actions: up-selling, cross-selling, etc.
+ A multi-step ordering process on a single page
+ Available in a mobile version
It also allows users to share certain information in order to:
+ Manage wish lists and share them with friends on social networks
+ Rate, comment on and compare products
Since it was launched, the new site has contributed to the RETIF Group's significant increase in turnover.
During this project, the SQLI steering team showed they were heavily involved, and while the validation phase ended up taking a bit longer than planned, we were able to launch the site on time.
We are satisfied with this new platform, which offers real opportunities for growth.
