As part of its development strategy, the Société de la Raffinerie de Dunkerque (SRD) wanted to replace its former, now-obsolete management tool with an innovative CMMS solution capable of optimising its business processes and productivity as well as the quality and service life of its maintenance equipment.
Thanks to the broad functional coverage offered by IBM Maximo 7.5, which can handle the entire set of maintenance standards, thus limiting the need for specific developments, the SQLI teams were able to concentrate on the configuration and providing advice, ensuring that the tool was precisely suited to SRD's needs.
