A change of governance for the SQLI Group

The SQLI Group Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Hervé de Beublain as its new Chairman. Mr. Beublain will replace Roland Fitoussi, who is stepping down for personal reasons.

Hervé de Beublain was a member of the SQLI Supervisory Board from 2002 to 2008 and has been a director of the Group since 2011. The appointment of Didier Fauque as the Group’s Chief Executive Officer has been confirmed.

Roland Fitoussi said: “In my seven years as Chairman of the SQLI Group, I have played a role in bringing new momentum to the business by putting in place a professional governance team and giving Management the means to implement an ambitious growth strategy. After the success of the Ambition 2016 plan, I am convinced that our teams are capable of meeting the challenges set in the Move Up 2020 plan, especially as the business is already in an enviable position in the European digital transformation market. So I am confident, as I step down from my role as Chairman, in the future of this wonderful company, and wish all the talented individuals within it every success.

SQLI will publish its third-quarter 2018 turnover on November 8, 2018 after the close of trading.
