A complete SAP SRM solution implemented in 5 months for Lesaffre by SQLI

SQLI EoZen assisted Lesaffre in installing its purchasing IT system.

Objectives: optimise and make the whole of the purchasing function reliable

Lesaffre wanted to install a tool that every user could access to:

• manage the whole of the purchasing process on all Groupe Lesaffre sites using one IT system that can be consulted via the internet
• Manage supplier contracts
• Manage access to supplier's on-line catalogues
• Manage purchasing reports

Thanks to the concrete and effective method that was used, our expertise in implementing SAP SRM solutions and the string implication of the Lesaffre teams, the project was completed within five months and covered the whole scope from purchase request to invoicing via ordering and reception.
