Delhaize wanted to modernise its IT system and have a gateway built around SAP in order to simplify the management of order forms.
Objectives: creation of a single access point for management applications
Delhaize wanted to provide is employees with a single point of access to order and invoice management applications.
They wanted to use an integrated solution built around SAP for this which was used in several countries, especially Belgium, Germany and Luxemburg.
Our assistance: installation of a workflow between the two main applications
EoZen successfully complete this project by installing a workflow system between the return of invoice (ROI) and vendor invoice management (VIM) applications used in the creation, management and control of orders and invoices.
The workflow allowed much faster validation of orders.
Results: better order and invoice management
The installation of a SAP gateway has resulted considerable time savings and a more reliable system.
Every user has the same interface, the controls for validating are simpler and redundancies are avoided.
Additionally, invoices are processed faster which allows Delhaize to take advantage of some reductions.
