ARH Région Centre
The Région Centre has acquired a health platform realised by SQLI
This project is the first stage of a large scale project that aims to implement a global infrastructure for exchanging medical data in order to improve care organisation and solve the challenge of medical demography.
Its strategic public health challenges
The ARH is convinced of the challenges for information exchange between the different participants in healthcare (hospitals, private clinics, health networks, independent doctors...) and wanted to obtain a multi-service platform for the Région Centre.
The gateway www.sante-centre.fr was launched on June 30th 2008 and was designed to satisfy two objectives:
Enhance the links between all healthcare professionals by providing them with a completely secure information exchange zone that allows patient data to be transmitted in complete confidentiality.
The platform also allows the creation of 'practice communities' to ensure better coordination between professionals for the benefit of patients.
It presents the regional healthcare offer and informs the general public on what's happening in terms of healthcare and the major medical projects conducted by the region.
The public can search a regional directory to find a healthcare professional or establishment to look after him/her.
A solution realised by Sqli Santé in record time
In order to successfully complete this strategic project with considerable time constraints, the Blois CH team managing the regional project chose SQLI Santé for its knowledge of healthcare specifics, the quality of its execution and its ability to meet the required deadline:
The quality of the collaboration with the project owner and the capitalisation of the expertise gained in numerous projects allowed SQLi to accelerate the solution's installation: six weeks to conceive, design, develop and deploy the solution.
Security, the keystone of the healthcare platform
Security directories, resources intended to provide a standard view of healthcare professionals, were installed and created structuring synergies between healthcare providers that:
- Ensure the coherence of the regional data for healthcare professionals, the structures and the care available;
- Assisted establishments in becoming compliant in order that they effectively satisfied the 'confidentiality decree';
- Exchange simply and in security.
The solution is a unique reference for healthcare professionals and is now operational and will soon allow sharing of patient identities...
