The conclusions of the French Revue Générale des Politiques Publiques and the Défense Nationale white paper have identified the need to operate more and more in an inter-service and international context and in close relationships with industrial partners. These challenges are confronted by budget limitations and have resulted in a review of the overall organisation of operational and management IT systems.
Furthermore, the changes now being experienced by the Defence sector will be long lasting and will require the implementation of innovative technologies to assist with these changes.
