Announcing a new product for SOGEPROM from the Sqli agency

Sqli agency has now put the finishing touches to its design of the mobile app for SOGEPROM, the property development subsidiary of Société Générale. It’s an excellent way of finding that dream new property from your mobile when you’re out and about.

Searching for and finding your future new property when you’re on the move is now possible using SOGEPROM.

Once it’s downloaded onto your iPhone, this new application allows you to view all the homes on offer from property developers in just one click. Easy to use and equipped with all the functions you could need, the app offers three ways of searching for that property:

• A basic search according to the location you want, type of property, number of rooms, your budget and the size of the property;
• A search by GPS of what the property developer has available depending on the geographical position of the user;
• A highly practical search function which allows you to sort the properties that SOGEPROM has available by six themes: properties available for 2011 if you’re in a rush, properties with 0% finance, ”Loi Scellier” income tax relief, New additions, low-energy homes or Advance-viewing.

What’s more, the app is completely free and also allows you to calculate how much you can borrow depending on your personal circumstances: net income, deposit, a monthly instalment plan that suits you…
