The frozen food specialist, Thiriet has contracted the ergonomic renewal of its website (www.thiriet.com) to Sqli agency

Thiriet, the leading regional frozen food company

The brand now has over a million clients, 88 home distribution centres and 163 stores in France and gave itself a new visual identity in 2008. The group confirms its position in respect of the competition by having a clear message for the consumer: 'Thieret proposes quality products for every occasion at a fair price’.
It is now the second largest company specialising in sales to ice cream and frozen products to private clients and must now offer an on-line service that is consistent with its commitments.

A website designed by a team

The new website's design is the result of collaboration between two Groupe SQLI agencies; the Paris agency, for running design workshops and producing the storyboards, and the Dijon agency, for the technical integration.
The development of the Design part was given to its partner, Carré Noir.

A well planned project
At the start of the project, there was a simple objective: formalise ergonomic corrections via a clear storyboard. It was through the design workshops; which were considered necessary to fully deal with the ergonomic questions, then to go towards an approach that was more aimed at e-marketing. Finally, all the actions undertaken led Sqli Agency and Sqli Dijon to implement an e-merchandising strategy based on Thiriet's new visual positioning.

Key points
These actions allowed the site promise to be redefined, designing it, implementing the design of a more coherent visitor's pathway, based on an experience type approach based on the products offered by Thiriet.

The Groupe SQLI ergonomists were able to demonstrate that it is possible to combine aesthetics with visitor accessibility for even the most inexperience user.
