SQLI Alcyonix successfully assisted the world bank RBC Dexia Investor Services IT department with its continuous improvement approach to its processes.
Objectives: offer a systematic guarantee of results for IT projects
SQLI was awarded the mission to assist with the integration of the CMMI model to:
18 months optimising and deploying the best practices and official CMMI evaluation
At the end of the mission following 10 days of intensive evaluation with 6 assessors and over 20 participants in RBC Dexia, the SEI, represented by the SQLY Urbanys chief CMMI accredited assessor, awarded level 2 CMMI certification.
Results: significant benefits beyond the certification threshold
