16 January 2012 SQLI bordeaux boosts its recruitment

The SQLI Group’s Bordeaux agency is demonstrating its desire to move ahead by means of an ambitious recruitment campaign

Led by Jean-Paul Meilhanne, for several years SQLI’s Bordeaux agency has won numerous contracts of all sizes, becoming a key player in the western France region. In just 5 years, its workforce has risen from 15 to more than 100 employees. The agency is not expecting to stop there and has, today, launched an original recruitment campaign, allowing young graduates to take up a permanent contract of employment as soon as they leave higher education, while also benefitting from additional training in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies!

HIGH ADDED-VALUE ACTIVITIES
Following the Group’s example, SQLI Bordeaux offers a global and integrated range of services, which is divided into five complementary activities: Digital Agency, Consultancy & Change Management, ERP Integration, Software Solutions and Engineering. The agency also provides high-level training in project methodology, requirements and risk management and even the very latest frameworks.
SQLI Bordeaux has become particularly well known in the region for the excellence of its Developed Services Centre, which is 100% dedicated to new information & communication technologies (new ITC), and which has therefore attracted a large number of talented individuals looking to work on innovative projects.

A DESIRE TO PURSUE A STRATEGY OF STRONG GROWTH AND THE ASSETS NEEDED TO DO SO
SQLI Bordeaux has today announced the launch of a major recruitment programme, which is designed to reinforce its production capacity and its ability to work with large companies and authorities.
In this way, from February 1st , 2012, the agency expects to recruit young graduates (school + 5 years higher education) directly on permanent contracts of employment, thereby enabling them to avoid the precarious position of being trainees, in these straightened economic times.
In addition to this, the agency will offer them an induction programme comprising a quality training course leading to preparation for certification, in diverse environments including Java/J2EE and .NET as well as in CMMI / AGILE methods and in cutting-edge technologies, such as HTML 5 and CSS 3, as well as the very latest mobile technologies.

SQLI Bordeaux thereby hopes to attract – and retain – new employees by offering them the opportunity to work on innovative and value-adding projects, within teams where the common denominator is sharing, mutual assistance and a passion for new technologies.
