The ongoing dialogue and cooperation that we value so highly and strive to maintain among employees, managers and the HR team allow us to offer a variety of flexible, personalised pathways according to each person's potential and the company's strategic objectives.
In order to remain on the cutting edge of technology and new practices and to enable our employees to keep their expertise up-to-date in light of new market developments, we have made available a wide range of high-quality training programmes (technology, methodology, regulatory training, behavioural training, certifications, etc.) as well as specific programmes for different profiles:
In addition to regular appraisal interviews, we attach a great deal of importance to maintaining direct and authentic lines of communication between employees and managers, allowing each individual to freely express his or her ideas and convictions.
Every year, we conduct a survey of our employees that looks at every aspect of the HR function – induction, work environment, career development, training, management, communication, etc. – in order to gain a better understanding of expectations and take them into account through concrete initiatives. In 2014, the satisfaction rating was 75%.
We encourage further exchanges of information through our company's social network and communicate by means of frequent newsletters, an in-house magazine (SQLIFE), team meetings and seminars.
We involve all employees in our charity events. This year, nearly 60% of SQLI's teams worked to support the SOS Village d’Enfants association.
